Do you like beer? If so, you won’t want to miss the upcoming Garden City Brewfest in Missoula, on May 1, 2010. There’ll be great music, good food, and of course, a huge selection of beer. If you like beer an awful lot, take a cab to and from our Missoula bed and breakfast, just minutes from town.
The taps start flowing at Caras Park on noon Saturday. There will be more than 60’s beers on tap, and a wine bar for folks who don’t love beer as much as their spouses. Plan on finding an excellent array of food from local restaurants; sichuan, mexican, and Philly Cheesesteaks should accompany a nice selection of beer.
In addition to food and drink, there will be a steady stream of live music. The day starts with The Lil’ Smokies, a local favorite. Secret Powers comes next, a blend of Missoula/Los Angeles indie-rock musicians. Wartime Blues wraps up the evening – expect great fun from these 8 Missoula locals.
