The museum’s permanent collection was founded in 1894, and now houses more than 10,000 works of art. The collection spans centuries and features artists from several continents. Stand in front of the work of Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dali, and Marc Chagall. See paintings by Norman Rockwell and Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec. There are Chinese and Japanese Ceramics, American Indian Art, and WWII Propaganda Posters. In short, the breadth and scope of this collection is astounding.
