Missoula Holiday and Community Markets

A favorite past time in early December is attending Missoula holiday markets. They are a wonderful place to find a gift, pick out a new ornament for the tree, or discover delicious winter produce.  What a great way to get out and enjoy the community while shopping locally!

Hip Holiday Market

This year, the Hip Holiday Market returns to Lowell Elementary School. Local crafts people and artists display their wares on December 15th from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Finish up your holiday shopping (or get it started!) and listen to live music. Plus, just like old times, get some goodies at the Lowell PTA bake sale! $1 at the door supports the Lowell PTA.

Missoula Heirloom Market

Another great chance to purchase gifts as well as everyday items. The Heirloom Market takes place every Saturday through April from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Missoula County Fairgrounds Floriculture Building. Local growers bring produce, meat, baked goods, jam, honey, soap and more. Along with winter wares, there is live music, kids activities and warm beverages. Come in out of the cold and meet your friends, all while supporting our neighbors and the local economy.

Missoula Winter Market

Enjoy the Missoula Farmer’s Markets and the People’s Markets. Don’t let winter halt the fun! Come and enjoy the Missoula Winter Market every Friday, Saturday and Sunday through April 28th 2013. Browse through many vendors and enjoy live entertainment. Beverages and food are served and during this time of year, relax with hot cocoa and see Santa!
